Scope is a registered charity founded in 1952 that campaigns for disability equality in England and Wales.
They provide practical advice and emotional support to ensure disabled people are treated equally and fairly.
We're incredibly proud to become the first water company to receive a British Standards Institution (BSI) Inclusive Kitemark for identifying and responding to our vulnerable customers.
We understand our services are your lifeline, and when it comes to managing your water, there are times when a little extra help can make all the difference. This is why we have partnered with disability charity, Scope so our customers continue to receive an inclusive and accessible service.
Our support tariffs
From capping your water bill to help with costs when someone in your home has a medical condition that means they may use more water, a helping hand to clear water debt owed, or support with your payments if you’re in receipt of disability benefits, we have a range of support tariffs to help with the cost of your water bill.

Priority Services Register
Our Priority Services Register is free, and could help you or someone you live with benefit from additional support so we can respond quickly to any particular needs. Whether you need support because of a disability, ill health, mental health problems, age or language barriers, our Priority Services Register is quick and easy to sign up to.

Disability Energy Support with Scope
Scope offers free advice on a range of subjects, including free energy and water advice for households in England and Wales where one or more disabled people live, helping them manage their energy and water needs. We are proud to partner
with Scope and share the support their expert energy advisors offer, via telephone or video calls with a BSL or language interpreter if you wish.
