Our Admin and Digital Team are here to help and support you with any query, from knowing where your water meter is to asking about your payment plan.
No question is a silly question.
They are a multi-channel team you can contact through email, telephone, letter, Live chat, social media platforms, or by requesting a callback and messages through your online My Account.
Working on the Admin and Digital team combines various customer queries across different platforms. I like the fact that each day is different.
If you need an extra helping hand with your bills or finding where your water meter is, the team can talk you through it. Or if you want to register for a personal ‘My Account’, the team can help you get set up and ready to go!
How to register for My Account
To register for your very own online account – you can create your account here;
You will have two ways you can register, explained below:
- You will need to let us know:
- Your customer reference number (it should be 9 digits long and look like this – 12345678-9),
- Your surname, as shown on the account,
- And your postcode.
Once done, you will be asked to enter your email address and choose a password.
- Alternatively, you can use your Facebook or Google account to sign in. All you need to do is click ‘sign in’ with Facebook or Google.
Once you have completed the above, you will receive a verification email, and then you’re good to go…it’s that simple.
Remember, it’s always important to stay safe online!
Always keep your password safe. Your username and password will be personal to you, and we will never ask for them.
