With easy to view icons to make it really clear on what is happening in your area, the ability to report a leak to us, view a list of service updates, check your water hardness, manage your SMS alerts, and customisable map layers to see exactly what you want to see, AquAlerter can be tailored to you.

We know supply issues, leaks and bursts and emergency and planned maintenance can be stressful. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure our network runs as smoothly as possible, but when things don’t always go to plan, AquAlerter is here to keep you informed on the situation with accurate information and live updates.
