Caring for Carers 2023

Carers Rights Day,on 23 November 2023,is designed to raise awareness of carers' rights and entitlements and the help and much-needed support they deserve.

Our Priority Services Register is a free service designed to help manage the water account of a person with additional needs.

The types of support offered through our Priority Services Register are:

• We aim to arrange an alternative source of water as quickly as possible should there be an interruption to supply.
• We work with other utilities and sharedata, such as your address and priority need, so you can get the same support other services..
• We tailor our service to you and your needs with website accessibility, which includes audio playback, changing colour themes to help with dyslexia, changing the language, and so much more.
