Producing a business plan of this complexity requires a lot of supporting evidence to be gathered. We are conscious of producing a plan that is concise, clear and robust while providing sufficient detail for those who wish to scrutinise our proposals. We provided this further level of evidence in the form of a number of supporting appendices. All appendices provide further clarity around the evidence we gathered and on which we based our judgements and decision within this plan. These documents are commercially sensitive, therefore access has been restricted to our regulators and government bodies.
