Producing a business plan of this complexity requires a lot of supporting evidence to be gathered. We are conscious of producing a plan that is concise, clear and robust while providing sufficient detail for those who wish to scrutinise our proposals. We provided this further level of evidence in the form of a number of supporting appendices. All appendices provide further clarity around the evidence we gathered and on which we based our judgements and decision within this plan.
